About Me
I’m a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst with three decades of experience in behaviour change, psychology, and mindfulness. I combine Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with the Trust Technique (TT) to bring calm, confidence, and connection to families, including their animals. I provide tailored, evidence-based mindfulness services designed to reduce stress, help overcome fears, improve relationships, and enable individuals to live in alignment with their values. I have a particular speciality in working with autistic adults and children.
Having personally experienced the transformative power of mindfulness, I understand firsthand how it can reduce stress, improve well-being, and guide meaningful life changes. My work blends professional expertise with lived experience and a background in Buddhism, creating a mindful, compassionate approach that supports lasting change.
